What is the order processing time ?

A complete order that is in stock and validated by a credit card before 1 p.m. is processed on the same day.

For a complete order validated by credit card after 1 p.m., the average processing time is between 1 and 3 days.

Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, as long as all the products in the order are available.

In the event of an item being unavailable, your order will be prepared as soon as we receive it.

Our items are shipped from multiple distribution centers.

Therefore, it is possible that you may receive your order in multiple packages if it contains different items.
